We approached Happe Roofing to carry out works to our property after he was highly recommended by a friend. He was very thorough with his initial inspection and explained all the options clearly. He delivered with every promise and now the works are finished, which was new facias and soffits, it looks amazing. Unlike previous contractors I've used, he was very reliable and worked very hard. In June 2016, Zeb provided a quote for replacement of a Garage roof which included replacement of all the roof boards and the addition of guttering, replacement of a shed roof and guttering and replacement of a porch roof . We agreed on a price and a start date of 18th July. Zeb arrived bright and early on the agreed date and completed the work as agreed. As always when agreeing any works the unexpected always crops up. The shed roof required a complete replacement of roof boards and supporting beams which were completely rotten. This is normally were the price suddenly creeps up as some tradesmen take advantage of the situation. With Zeb even having only known him for a few days, i knew that he was not the type of person to take advantage and i requested he complete the work without knowing the cost. My gut instinct was correct as the additional work was priced very reasonably. All waste was removed as agreed and his work was very neat and tidy to the point that the drive and garden were swept to remove debris and the area was left cleaner than before his arrival.
I have no problem recommending Zeb. He is hard working, trustworthy and a genuinely nice guy.
